A beautiful Spring day and today’s runners certainly had a spring in their step as they ran round this circuit for the last time.
There were a few absentees today, skiing holidays etc. Any excuse!!!!
So with the small group we all ran together on the 4.1mile route. The hot day did take its toll on the runners, even Mark was sweating at the end. Nancy had a great run, just missing out on her fastest ever time by just 20 seconds. Kirsty also ran very well finishing strong to a great average time of 9m 15s per mile.
Next week we have new routes all round, so come along and join the fun!
