Small Group Personal Training

This is currently the most popular and efficient method of training with a Personal Trainer. We still boast 86% goal achievement with clients in Small Groups so we have put on even more Small Group PT sessions. Be quick though as places are limited. Here is the current availability list –

Mondays 10.30am to 11.30am (2 PLACES LEFT )
Mondays 5pm to 6pm (NEW CLASS – 3 PLACES LEFT )
Mondays 6pm t0 7pm (NEW CLASS – 4 PLACES LEFT )
Tuesday 10.30am – 11.30am (FULL)
Tuesday 6pm – 7pm (FULL)
Wednesday 10.20am – 11.20am (2 PLACES LEFT )
Thursdays 6pm – 7pm (FULL)
Friday 5.30pm – 6.30pm (3 PLACES LEFT)
Saturday 9am – 10am (NEW CLASS – 4 PLACES LEFT )
