Gosport Running Club News 27/3/12

This evening was the first interval session of the new Gosport running club, I decided to do predominantly fartlek training with plenty of sprinting involved. This was very challenging and the phrase “I think I’m going to be sick” was mentioned which shows me people are working to their full potential and giving 100% in all the sprints. The interval sessions are designed to work peoples energy systems to improve their fitness levels quickly and hopefully aid them running further and faster.

Well done to all that attended and thank you for your support in the early days. Next week we go back to the original routes to see who has improved following todays training.
