Small Group Personal Training

This is currently the most popular and efficient method of training with a Personal Trainer. We still boast 86% goal achievement with clients in Small Groups so we have put on even more Small Group PT sessions. Be quick though as places are limited. Here is the current availability list –

Monday 9.15am – 10.15am – (2 PLACES AVAILABLE)
Monday 5.30pm – 6.30pm (NEW SESSION! 4 PLACES AVAILABLE)
Tuesday 6pm – 7pm (1 PLACE AVAILABLE)
Wednesday 11.30am – 12.30am (2 PLACES AVAILABLE)
Thursday 6.30am – 7.30am (FULL)
Thursdays 6pm – 7pm (FULL)
Fridays 2pm – 3pm (2 PLACE AVAILABLE)
