Small Group PT

This is currently the most popular and efficient method of training with a Personal Trainer. We still boast 86% goal achievement with clients in Small Groups so we have put on even more Small Group PT sessions. Be quick though as places are limited. Here is the current availability list –

Mondays 10.30am – 11.30am (3 PLACES LEFT)
Mondays 6pm – 7pm (FULL)
Tuesday 6pm – 7pm (FULL)
Wednesday 9am – 10am (2 PLACES LEFT)
Wednesdays 7pm – 8pm (FULL)
Thursdays 6pm – 7pm (FULL)
Friday 9am to 10am (FULL)
Friday 10.15am to 11.15am (FULL)
Friday 5.30pm to 6.30pm (NEW CLASS – 2 PLACES LEFT )
Saturday 11am to 12noon (NEW CLASS – 2 PLACES LEFT)

T&Cs for the Small Group PT sessions with prices –

Just £220 for 20 weeks (£11 per week)
OR £125 for 10 weeks (£12.50 per week)

Prices are based on 1 session per week. Further discounts available for multiple sessions per week on request. Weeks can only be missed or rolled over with prior approval from the instructor.

This is a very affordable rate for Personal Training!!
