Small Group PT

This is currently the most popular and efficient method of training with a Personal Trainer. We still boast 86% goal achievement with clients in Small Groups so we have put on even more Small Group PT sessions. Be quick though as places are limited. Here is the current availability list –

Mondays 10.30am to 11.30am (NEW CLASS – 1 PLACES LEFT )
Tuesday 10.30am – 11.30am (FULL)
Tuesday 6pm – 7pm (1 PLACES LEFT)
Thursdays 11.30am – 12.30am (FULL)
Thursdays 6pm – 7pm (FULL)
Friday 9am to 10am (FULL)
Friday 3.30pm – 4.30pm (NEW CLASS – 3 PLACES LEFT )
Saturday 9.30am to 10.30noon (FULL)


Group 1 – Weight loss – Mondays 9.15am and Wednesdays 9.15am
Group 2 – Weight loss – Mondays 5pm and Wednesdays 5pm
Group 3 – Type 2 Diabetes – Mondays 2pm and Thursdays 2pm
