Small Group PT

This is currently the most popular and efficient method of training with a Personal Trainer. We still boast 86% goal achievement with clients in Small Groups so we have put on even more Small Group PT sessions. Be quick though as places are limited. Here is the current availability list –

Mondays 10.30am to 11.30am (2 PLACES LEFT )
Mondays 5.15pm to 6.15pm (NEW CLASS – 3 PLACES LEFT )
Tuesday 10.30am – 11.30am (FULL)
Tuesday 6pm – 7pm (1 PLACE LEFT)
Thursdays 6.30am to 7.30am (NEW CLASS – 3 PLACES LEFT )
Thursdays 11.30am – 12.30am (FULL)
Thursdays 6pm – 7pm (1 PLACE LEFT)
Friday 9am to 10am (1 PLACE LEFT)
Friday 5.30pm – 6.30pm (1 PLACE LEFT)
Saturday 9.30am to 10.30noon (1 PLACE LEFT)
