- I’m a level 3 personal trainer and have been for the last 6 years. I specialise mostly in training women especially pre and post natal but I do train men too! I worked in PR and marketing for 4 years before I decided to make the leap and become a PT. Most people don’t believe this but I actually used to skip sports at school and go to Costa. But I found my love for exercise in my early 20s and haven’t stopped since. I enjoy spending my time out of the country travelling around the world and seeing new places. When I’m at home I’m planning for our 2023 wedding or pacing the beaches of Warsash walking my Toy Poodle and love of my life Buddy!
My name is Matt Mayes and I’m a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer; I also have a football coaching certification and an FRC certification (based on mobility and joint optimisation) My coaching is based around helping people develop strength and flexibility, using various different practices! My name is Gemma Howse and I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. I am a 42 year old Mum of 2 children aged 9 and 11 and after years of working in Recruitment I bit the bullet 18 months ago to follow my dream and train to become a Personal Trainer. As someone who had always struggled with their weight and maintaining fitness having a PT really helped me transform how I looked and felt about myself. It also helped and continues to help me manage my anxiety and stress levels as well as manage the pain I get from arthritis. - I qualified as a sport and exercise scientist in 1995. Seems a long time ago now. I’ve been in the fitness industry ever since. I’m in the job that I love, and I wake up every morning looking forward to the working day. I hope this comes through in my sessions with clients.
