Liam Dobbin

The story so far, I’ve lost over 30lbs along with inches from my neck, chest, waist and bum, since having my initial assessment with Mark/NLT in April. My fitness and flexibility have hugely improved, my heart rate and blood pressure are much lower and my BMI is no longer dangerous.

I’m close to my target waist size for my wedding in June 2012 and have signed for a Triathlon in July, Swimming 750m, Running 5k and cycling 20k!!
I joined running club on Mondays which started slowly as I couldn’t run 300m, building slowly to 6 miles now. I am looking forward to the Stubbington 10K run in January.

By making simple changes to my diet under Marks guidance along with personal sessions and attending classes have gotten me into the right pattern of exercise. The classes are very social and mixed levels, so nothing to fear everyone has to start somewhere.
