Training with Mark has been brilliant fun. He monitored and assessed every area of fitness from nutrition and metabolism to how to improve my running. Sessions are enormously varied and combined with boot camp and running club meant there was always a focus and encouragement. After 8 weeks I have lost fat and inches (6cm from my waist…yay!) and improved blood pressure and overall fitness. Thank you Mark and NLT!!!
