Each run includes expert advice, coaching and motivation. The sessions have a choice of 3 levels (distances) dependent on your fitness & experience. If you have never run before we have a beginners group which will encourage running participation through walking and running initially until you build your fitness, confidence and stamina. After each session your time and speed will be posted on a running club blog, so you can compare your success week on week.
