Box Circuits is a circuit based class with an emphasis on Boxing. You will typically work in pairs as you go around a circuit designed to give you an all-over body workout in a safe and effective environment. The circuits vary from week to week, sometimes focused on Peripheral Heart Action Training (PHA), other times focused on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Whatever the circuit you will have FUN burning 500 – 650 calories in an hour.
