Types of classes
NORMAL CLASSES: These are all the mainstream classes; you can pay £6 a class as a PAYG member, or purchase a discount for buying a membership (£50 for 10). This doesn’t include Small Group Classes.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES: Small Group Classes provide a more personal touch with a maximum of 1:8 ratio in the class. This will ensure you receive a safe, effective and fun workout!! These specialist classes include; Evening Pilates, ViPRs, BOSU, and TRX ! These classes are £10 per session (Normally 45 mins), or you can buy a pack of 10 for £75.
SUPERVISED EXERCISE: Supervised Exercise is a session where by you can work-out in the gym or participate in a circuit session in the Studio. The session is supervised by one of the Personal Trainers although you are there to train yourself. This membership is also for the TEENFIT sessions, where over 14s can come in and use the facilities. It is £5 per session or a block of 10 is £35!
RUNNING CLUB: Each run includes expert advice, coaching and motivation along a pre-mapped route. Each session will have a choice of 3 levels (distances) dependent on your fitness and experience. After each session your time and speed will be posted on a running club blog at www.nltraining.co.uk/news so you can compare your success week on week. £4 per run or £30 for a block of 10.
