We had a good turn out for the Thursday Running Club today. It was a pleasant morning but the overnight rain meant there we were the first to run through the lanes with puddles. This made the run more taxing as we had to negiotiate the puddles while running. We had a new Recruit today, as Kath brought her son Dan along, he had a great run, pushing Nancy all the way to an average of just 9mins per mile, great run Dan! Kath herself had a great run, along with Mike they motivated each other round the course to both record their own PBs for the course. Kath taking 20seconds off last weeks time and Mike 17s! Well done guys!! Kirsty and Nancy showed last week was no fluke as they both finished within 1 second of last weeks time. Now thats consistency! Well done also to Mel F who came along for her first Thursday run and completed the same route as Monday night 23 seconds faster! Well done Mel!
Same course next week for the last time. Kyle will be over-seeing the running as I am on a course. Enjoy!
