Running Club Schedule – Stubbington 10k

We have a record number of entries from New Life Training Running Club entering a competitive run. So far I am aware of 15 entries to the run. I will send out the logistics close to the event but for now please see the schedule below on how we will prepare you for the run over the next 10 weeks.

If you have any questions, or would like to join in with the preperation please e-mail Mark@nltraining.co.uk. Remember you dont have to be entered in to the 10k to benefit from these events, if you havent run before why not come along and give it a try!!
