Running Club News – Marwell 10k Preperation

Now the evenings are getting lighter the Warsash based Running Club will be increasing the routes available to the runners. Each week the routes will have a focus with the next few weeks aimed at assisting those members participating in the Marwell 10k. Below is an itinerary for the next 11 weeks and as you will see the Running Club will also bring back the energy systems training that proved so popular last year.
