The New Life Training Running Club was condensed in to one group this evening, and from now on, to increase the social element of the running and hopefully swell the numbers. It didn’t dissappoint with the largest turnout so far enjoying the sunny evening in Warsash. For many runners tonight it was the third and last attempt at this circuit and a chance to beat their Personal Bests. A big well done to Bruce, Kelly, Ella, Georgia, Tre and Angela who all put in their fastest route time tonight!
Well done also to the group of Kids who ran this evening, with 4 running under the age of 14 they all showed us adults how it should be done! Although their navigational skills still need some work after they got lost on route again!
It was also good to see 8 runners who participated this evening having not completed this route before. Well done to Abi who travelled over from Whiteley to join us this evening and to Mel, Jo, Sian, Dan, Ryan, Kath and Matthew who we havent seen for a few weeks but all of whom were back in style this evening, well done team!
Next week will be a new route for all. Just one group now though 6.30pm start every Monday at Osborne Road Rec, Warsash.
