A new route for everyone tonight as we start to focus on increasing distances in preperation for the Great South Run! The conditions were good this evening and I am pleased to say everyone completed the new routes without stopping. There was a choice of 4.95miles, 3.8 or 2.9miles this evening and everyone set a good time to focus on improving next week. Well done to Mel and Mandy who returned this evening from a break away from running and who both put in great performances! Alistair also had a great run with a great sprint finish thanks to his new flashy trainers! Mike put his relaxing holiday behind him and came out fighting tonight with a great speed – 9m34s per mile!! Welcome to Kristina who ran with the Club for the first time and showed the Personal Training with Lindsey has certainly been working as she clocked a 10m29s per mile speed. Good luck to all those people doing the Race 4 Life this Sunday! Same routes next week and a chance to improe on your times.
