New routes were set this evening with a challenging 4.07 mile route and a 2.7 mile route. Steve accepted the challenge of running the four miles and did it in a time of 43:29 which is a good time to aim towards progressing on next week. Lisa set a good time on the 2.7 mile route as well managing to run the entire distance.
Next week is a free session promoting 100 days to the start of the Olympics. It is a chance for people to try running for the first time and experience exercise in a supervised and supported environment.
